BlissBaby Online Store Terms and Conditions
I. General provisions

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for using the BlissBaby online store, available at: https://www.blissbaby.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

The owner of the Store is Adrianna Rudnicka, conducting business activity under the name BlissBaby Adrianna Rudnicka with its registered office at ul. Bernarda Śliwińskiego 2a/19, 85-843 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 9532798799, entered into the CEIDG (hereinafter "Seller").

II. Technical requirements
To use the functionality of the Store you must:

a device with Internet access and a web browser,

active email address,
-
cookies enabled.
III. Personal data
The administrator of the personal data of customers is the Seller. The principles of processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
IV. Conclusion of the contract

You can make a purchase in the Store:
-
as a guest (without registration),
-
as a registered user (via a Shopify customer account).

To place an order, you must add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process.

Pressing a button to finalize your order (e.g. "Buy now" or "Place order") means:
-
submitting an offer to conclude a sales contract,
-
obligation to pay for the products ordered.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Seller via e-mail.
-
In the event of problems with the execution of the order (e.g. lack of goods), the Seller will immediately inform the customer and propose an alternative solution or a refund.
- The Seller will send confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract to the customer's e-mail address no later than upon delivery of the goods.
V. Prices and payment methods

All prices in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
- Online payments may be handled by third-party operators integrated with Shopify, such as Przelewy24, Stripe, Shopify Payments, or others available at the time of ordering.

Available payment methods may include:

traditional bank transfer to the Seller's account

fast electronic transfer / BLIK / payment with a so-called virtual wallet - via the payment platform:

card payment (Visa, MasterCard),
-
fast online payments (e.g. Przelewy24, BLIK),
-
mobile payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay),
-
deferred payment (e.g. PayPo),
-
other methods offered by Shopify Payments.

In case of choosing traditional bank transfer, the customer is obliged to make the payment within 3 days of placing the order. Failure to make the payment means the cancellation of the order.
- In the event of a reduction in the price of a product, the store also presents the lowest price for that product that was valid in the period of 30 days before the reduction - in accordance with the provisions of the OMNIBUS directive.

VI. Delivery

The store offers delivery:

by courier,

to InPost parcel lockers,

other options available in Shopify checkout.

Goods are shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Delivery costs and times are listed on the "Delivery Costs" page.

Shipping outside of Poland is possible and is agreed individually with the customer.
VII. Withdrawal from the contract

A customer who is a consumer or a privileged entrepreneur (in accordance with Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The declaration can be submitted:

by mail to the Seller’s address.

The return of the goods should take place within 14 days from the date of the declaration. The cost of return is covered by the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the product.
-
The customer may use the sample returns form or submit their own clear statement.
VIII. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
-
personalized,
-
perishable,
-
sealed for hygiene reasons - after opening,
-
audio/video recordings after unpacking,
-
connected to other things in a permanent manner,
-
magazines (except subscriptions),
-
dependent on market fluctuations (e.g. alcohol on order).
IX. Complaints

The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract – in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (for consumers and privileged entrepreneurs).

Complaints should be submitted to the following address: [email protected] or by post.

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

The customer has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods, e.g.:

mediation at the Trade Inspection,
-
ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

X. Product Reviews

The Store allows customers to add opinions about purchased products (hereinafter: "Opinions").
-
Opinions must comply with applicable law, in particular the EU Digital Services Regulation (DSA) , and with the principles of social coexistence.
-
It is prohibited to publish content:
-
unlawful (e.g. violating personal rights or copyrights),
-
containing hate speech, vulgar, pornographic or untrue content,
-
containing advertisements, links to other websites or products unrelated to the Store's offer.
-

Reviews may be verified for purchase authenticity (e.g. by Shopify or the review system associated with the customer's account).
-
The Seller reserves the right to hide, moderate or delete opinions that are inconsistent with the regulations, legal provisions or DSA rules. The Customer will be informed of the reason for moderation.

The customer has the right to appeal the decision regarding the opinion by sending an e-mail to the address: [email protected] . The seller will consider the appeal within 14 days.

Any person visiting the Store may report an opinion that they consider unlawful by sending a message to the following address: [email protected] . The report will be reviewed within 14 days.
- The store takes reasonable steps to verify that reviews come from customers who actually purchased the product - e.g. by assigning the review to the customer's account or linking it to an order number.
XI. Final Provisions

Polish law shall apply to Agreements concluded in the Store. The Agreement is concluded in Polish.

None of the provisions of the Regulations exclude or in any way limit the rights of the consumer (and the Privileged Entrepreneur) arising from the provisions of law.

The Seller may make changes to the Regulations at any time, and such changes shall apply to orders placed after the publication of a new version of the Regulations, and in the case of (i) previously concluded Agreements for the provision of a digital service or a service
electronically, and in the case of (ii) customers who have an Account in the store - the customer will be notified of the change in the Regulations and the possibility of not accepting the new content.

The regulations are effective from 14/06/2025.
BLISSBABY STORE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REGULATIONS
I. General provisions

This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Account Regulations") specifies the rules for using the functionality of the customer account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") in the BlissBaby online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), operating at: www.blissbaby.pl .

The Account service is provided by the owner of the Store: Adrianna Rudnicka, conducting business activity under the name BlissBaby Adrianna Rudnicka, with its registered office at ul. Bernarda Śliwińskiego 2a/19, 85-843 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 9532798799.

II. Nature and scope of the Account service

A customer account is a free, voluntary electronic service that allows you to:

saving contact and address details for the purpose of placing orders,
-
insight into order history and status,
-
faster shopping without having to re-enter your data.

To use the Account you must:
-
having a device with Internet access and a browser,
-
active email address,
-
account registered on the Store's website.
-
III. Creating and using an Account

The account is created voluntarily by the customer by completing the registration form available in the Store.
-
The client sets the access password. He is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login data.
-
The Customer may log in to the Account on the Store’s website, and also make purchases and manage their data from there.
-
The account may be deleted at any time, at the customer’s request, without giving any reason – by contacting us via e-mail: [email protected] .
IV. Agreement, Withdrawal and Deletion of the Account

Upon creation of the Account, an agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded between the customer and the Seller – for an indefinite period.
-
The customer may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

Withdrawal or cancellation does not affect orders already placed – these are fulfilled in accordance with separate sales rules.
V. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Account can be submitted:

Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

The customer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation, the consumer ombudsman, and the ODR platform.
VI. Personal data

The administrator of personal data related to the Account is the Seller.
-
The data is processed for the purpose of providing the Account management service – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.

The Customer has the right to view, correct, delete and transfer their data. Details can be found in the Store's Privacy Policy.
VII. Changes to the Account Regulations

The Seller may change the Account Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law, changes in the operation of the Shopify platform).
-
The customer who has an Account will be informed of the change in due time, and failure to terminate the Account agreement will be tantamount to acceptance of the new wording of the regulations.

The Customer may terminate the Account agreement with immediate effect or with a 14-day notice at any time.
BLISSBABY STORE NEWSLETTER REGULATIONS
I. General provisions

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of using the newsletter service provided by the Seller - Adrianna Rudnicka, conducting business activity under the name BlissBaby Adrianna Rudnicka, with its registered office at ul. Bernarda Śliwińskiego 2a/19, 85-843 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 9532798799 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

Newsletter is an electronic service consisting in sending e-mail messages with commercial, promotional, educational or information related to the activities of the Store (hereinafter: "Newsletter").

The service is provided free of charge and for an indefinite period.
II. Terms of Use of the Newsletter

Newsletter subscription is possible via:
-
providing an e-mail address in the registration form on the Store’s website,
-
checking the consent to receive the Newsletter (checkbox),
-
confirmation of registration if the so-called double opt-in is used.

The Store uses external platforms to send the Newsletter (e.g. Shopify Email, Klaviyo, MailerLite), which may collect statistical data (e.g. email openings, clicks).

The subscriber may receive, among others:
-
information about new products, promotions and sales,
-
discount codes,
-
free materials (e.g. e-book, free shipping),
-
other marketing or educational content.

III. Resignation and Withdrawal

The subscriber has the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time:

by clicking on the unsubscribe link available in the footer of each email,
-
or by contacting us by e-mail: [email protected] .

The subscriber also has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of the Newsletter service within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason – in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to discontinue sending the Newsletter without giving a reason, in particular to inactive subscribers (e.g. no e-mails opened for 18 months).
IV. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the Newsletter can be submitted:

or by mail to the Seller's registered office address.

Complaints will be considered within 14 days.
V. Personal data

The administrator of the personal data of Newsletter subscribers is the Seller.
-
The data is processed for the purpose of sending the Newsletter based on consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).

The subscriber has the right to:
-
access to your data,
-
their correction, deletion, restriction of processing,
-
data transfer,
-
lodging an objection and complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

VI. Changes to the Regulations
-
The Seller may change the Newsletter Regulations for important reasons (e.g. changes in legal regulations, change of the message sending tool).
-
The change becomes effective on the date indicated in the information sent to the Subscriber – no earlier than 7 days after its announcement.
-
The subscriber has the right not to accept the change and unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
